Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
2. Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has manufacturing issues verified by our support team.
3. Refund Process
- After pickup and inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).
- In case of COD, refund will be done via bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used water purifiers.
- Products with physical damage after delivery.
- Filters or cartridges that have been opened.
- Customized orders.
5. Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you may request a return after delivery).
7. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via Call / WhatsApp / Email.
- Share order ID, issue details, and product images/video.
- Our team will verify and arrange pickup if eligible.
