Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has manufacturing issues verified by our support team.

3. Refund Process

  • After pickup and inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • In case of COD, refund will be done via bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used water purifiers.
  • Products with physical damage after delivery.
  • Filters or cartridges that have been opened.
  • Customized orders.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you may request a return after delivery).

7. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team via Call / WhatsApp / Email.
  • Share order ID, issue details, and product images/video.
  • Our team will verify and arrange pickup if eligible.
