1. Shipping Policy

a) Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

b) Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

c) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply on selected products or promotional offers.

d) Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

e) Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

f) Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/video for quick support and replacement.
