1. Shipping Policy
a) Order Processing Time

b) Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.
c) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

d) Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
e) Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.
f) Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/video for quick support and replacement.
